Living green is not just about what we purchase. It is about how we live, what we teach our children and the everyday choices we make that impact our world. The things we choose not to purchase are just as important and impactful as what we do. We at Green Nation Gardens believe in a holistic lifestyle. Holistic meaning, taking care of the whole. Our whole person and our whole surroundings. Feng Shui is a good example of this practice. We choose to live a lifestyle that is not all about what or how much we have or keeping up with the Jones’. That is very tiring and leads us down a path away from joy and happiness.
We believe in living a stress free (as much as possible) lifestyle, we choose to be happy now with what we have. It doesn’t mean we don’t have goals and desires, we just don’t NEED them to be happy. We recycle, re-purpose, reuse and share what we have. This is what we feel is the essence of living green.
